2021 Longest Night Midwinter Masque moving online

We care about the health and safety of our guests and community members.  Due to the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis, therefore, we will be moving the upcoming 2021 Longest Night Midwinter Masque weekend online with our own private Discord server for the January 8-10, 2021 event.  Tickets will be available on our website for $5.  Your ticket grants you access to all online parties, classes, and other events of the 2021 Masque weekend. 

Previously purchased 2021 tickets may be rolled over to 2022 Longest Night Midwinter Masque. Rolled over tickets grant access to the 2021 virtual Masque weekend.  Current ticketholders should contact info@thelongestnightmasque.com for more information.

Don’t miss a single moment of the Longest Night Midwinter Masque Weekend!  Tickets to every event will be available up the event time and at the door!  You can purchase online through our website or pay at the door for auxiliary events (Friday Soiree, Saturday morning Discussion Groups, Sunday brunch) using using PayPal, Venmo, or cash.

We’re ecstatic about this weekend (can you tell?) and we want to make sure that you get to join in on ALL of the fun!

We’re thrilled about all of the events coming up in just a few days! Here’s a complete rundown of the weekend, along with links to purchase tickets to those events you might still be interested in attending.

    • 9am – 12:30pm: Discussion Groups (purchase individually or in packages for a discount) – conference rooms
    • 6pm: Dungeon Introduction (for all General Admission ticket holders who have checked in to the Masque) – Virginia suites
    • 7pm – 1am: The Masque Ball -Commonwealth Ballroom
      • 7:15pm: Processional of the Court of the Night Blooming Flowers
      • Midnight: Enactment of the Marriage of the Winter Queen to the Sun Prince
    • 8pm – midnight: Dungeon open for presale ticket holders – Virginia suites
    • 9pm – midnight: Dungeon open for same day ticket holders – Virginia suites
  • Sunday, January 5, 2020
    • 8am – noon: Brunch – Dominion room

Friday Soiree with the Dowaynes

Friday evening before the Masque, the Dowaynes and Seconds will be gathering for a casual soiree and, by unanimous consensus, we have decided to invite a “chosen few” to join us.  So to begin the weekend’s revelry, joins us for cocktails and spirits with the Night Court leadership.

But this is no ordinary get together. All of our Dowaynes will be roleplaying their characters, so don’t expect to engage in conversation about politics, unless it relates to the Courcel line of succession or trade relations with Alba.  Don’t plan to hear of religion, unless it’s about the Yeshuites.

We’ll be roleplaying our characters and invite you to do the same!  Are you an adept who managed to snag an invite to this exclusive gathering? A nobleman with strong ties to the Court? Perhaps you’re a visiting dignitary, come to see what this love as thou wilt is all about…

Costumes will be a modern take on Terre d’Ange, but please feel free to wear whatever you choose.  Costumes are strongly encouraged, but not required for this relaxing evening in the salon.  No masks needed.

Never roleplayed before?  Nervous about trying to stay in character?  No need to worry! Check out our live action roleplaying primer for guidance and assistance.  And just remember that nothing is required of you except that you arrive and enjoy yourself.  Libations will be provided, but feel free to bring a special bottle if you like.
